Our Dining Services Director is a trained chef, and our kitchen team serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant-style. With a 365-day rotating menu, meals never get repetitive — and our fresh salad bar, served tableside every day at lunch, is a resident favorite. At Corvallis Caring Place, we want your apartment to feel like home, and we want your meals to taste like it too.
For residents on physician-ordered modified or medical diets, we prepare special meals to match — including small frequent meals, no-added-salt, reduced- or no-sugar options, and texture modifications.
What's on the Menu?
- Breakfast
- Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and pastries.
- Lunch (the main meal of the day)
- Halibut, pork loin, chicken curry, roast beef, chicken Dijon, shepherd's pie, beef stroganoff, and glazed ham — always served with a vegetable, potatoes, rice, pasta, or rolls, and finished with dessert like cake, brownies, pie, pudding, or ice cream.
- Supper
- Soup, sandwiches, and other light entrées, with dessert.

Corvallis Caring Place offers 42 studio and one-bedroom apartments, each designed for comfort, accessibility, and independence. Every unit includes individual climate control, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom — with personal assistance and care available 24/7, whenever it's needed.
